    Do not use them! Terrible customer service, if a concert gets cancelled you don't get your money back. Avoid!

    terrible customer service - we have multiple policies with them, one of which they didn't record our email address on and so and made no attempt to contact us to renew a policy when it was close to expiring. therefore no insurance when we needed it.
